This is the right place for:
- Billing and subscription questions
- Account access issues
- Bug reports
- Port unblock requests (see below)
- Anything else you can't resolve through the dashboard
Include your account email and agent ID (visible in the dashboard URL or agent detail panel) when reporting issues — it helps us find your account faster.
Port 25 (SMTP) unblock requests
Outbound SMTP on port 25 is blocked by default on all agents. This is a platform-wide policy to prevent AgentStead infrastructure from being used for spam, which protects the IP reputation of every user on the platform.
If you have a legitimate need to send email directly from your agent (running a mail server, testing an SMTP integration, etc.), you can request an unblock:
Email support@agentstead.dev with:
- Your account email
- The agent ID you need unblocked
- A brief description of what you're using port 25 for
Port 25 unblocks are reviewed manually and granted on a case-by-case basis.
If you're sending transactional email from an application, you don't need port 25 unblocked — use a hosted email API instead (Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, AWS SES). These send over HTTPS and work out of the box on any agent.
